The Way of Consultations

The initial sessions are introductory meetings. These, like the consultation sessions, last 50 minutes. You get to know my working method and you decide whether you want to work with me.

For you to be honest with yourself, to explore your fears and secrets, it is essential that you fully trust your psychologist. And the reverse is also true: during the first sessions it becomes clear whether as a psychologist I can accompany you on your path.

My goal is to understand your problem, your life path, your background, and what shapes your life. After the so-called first interview we define the goal reachable through the consultations.
