Throughout my career, I have been driven by a desire to understand the world around us, to see the connections behind events, and to answer the questions of who does what, why and how. These same principles guide me in my work as a psychologist as well. I strive to see problems within their broader system. This perspective, together with my life experience, helps me approach those who turn to me with deep empathy and genuine understanding.
Safety, an atmosphere of acceptance, openness and mutual respect are the core values of my work. We explore your challenges together, and we search for solutions collaboratively.
I am a member of the Hungarian Association for Family Therapy and the Hungarian Schema Therapy Association. I participate in continuous professional training, and my work is supported by regular supervision.

Our Way of Working Together
The First Session
During the initial consultations, we engage in an exploratory conversation. Together, we define the goal you wish to reach and outline the steps that will lead you there.
The Process of Working Together
We establish the framework of our collaboration through a verbal agreement. My work is primarily guided by a schema-therapy approach, but I always adapt my methods to your individual needs and goals to provide support that is both personalized and effective.
Limitations and Boundaries
My professional qualification allows me to work exclusively with mentally healthy clients who do not have a psychological diagnosis. If, during our sessions, signs arise that suggest otherwise, I will refer the client to the appropriate specialist.
Consultations
The initial sessions are introductory conversations. Their duration — just like that of the regular consultations — is 50 minutes. During these meetings, you can get to know my working style and decide whether you would like to continue working with me. In order for you to be honest with yourself, to explore your fears and share your secrets, it is essential that you can fully trust your psychologist. The same holds true the other way around: during these first sessions, it also becomes clear whether I, as a psychologist, am the right person to accompany you on your journey.
My aim is to understand your concerns, your life story, your background, and the factors that shape your everyday experiences. After the so-called initial interview, we define the goal you wish to reach — this will guide our work throughout the consultations.
