Individual Psychological Counselling for Adults
in person in Miskolc or online
The 50-minute sessions take place at an agreed frequency — weekly, bi-weekly or even monthly. It is not possible to predict in advance how many sessions will be needed to reach your goal. However, throughout our work together, we regularly review where we are in the process. When the time comes, we bring the therapeutic work to a close.
It may happen that new difficulties arise during the consultations. In such cases, we can open a new phase of work to address these emerging challenges as well.
As a psychologist, I am bound by strict confidentiality. Everything shared during the consultations remains between us. This provides a safe space for you to speak freely — even about your most private and painful experiences, when you feel ready.
When Is It Worth Seeking Support?
- if you experience ongoing stress, anxiety or low mood
- if you are facing an important decision and cannot clearly see the direction
- if your relationships are causing difficulties
- if you want to better understand yourself and the patterns behind your behaviour

Couple and Family Therapy
in person in Miskolc or Budapest
In family therapy, sessions are conducted by two therapists — a co-therapy team. We work together with the members of the family: parents and children, and when needed, grandparents or other important relatives. Our aim is to help the family navigate difficulties and crisis situations. These may include issues affecting the parents — such as divorce, addiction, chronic illness or the death of a loved one — as well as parenting challenges, or anxiety symptoms, behavioural difficulties or other concerns affecting children or adolescents. Using family-therapy methods and tools, we work toward helping the family live together more harmoniously and supporting long-lasting positive change.
In couple therapy, we work with partners who are facing relationship difficulties, separation or divorce, or other challenges such as communication problems.
Family and couple therapy sessions typically last around 80 minutes and take place every one or two weeks, depending on the situation.
